Is a Vail-Veazy hurricane brewing?
September 9, 2005
Dear Editor:There is so much to complete as I jet to my no booze dance nightclub chain business plan finish line flying at Mach 5. When I hit Mach 4, Danny Padnick Esq., mortgage banker at the New York Mortgage Company in Avon, Colo., near Vail, pierced the sonic veil barrier.Attorney and mortgage banker Mr. Padnick and I exchanged communiqués resulting in his beginning beachhead in Aspen and mine in Vail. Is there a Vail-Veazy profit-making money machine vortex forming like a hurricane on the shores of Colorado Rocky Mountain nightclub life?Ms. Llewellyn Wernett of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce was excited and happy to hear Mr. Padnick came into my orbit as she researches information at Beverly Hills hotels for my planned nightclub promotional parties. I hope she becomes involved with the high fashion component of my forthcoming promising nightlife business operations, including helping me design the waitress costumes. As Ms. Wernett asked me about my proposed Beverly Hills club parts coming together, I reminded her to set her eyes on Century City next to Beverly Hills where former Beverly Hills Mayor Les Bronte’s restaurant and entertainment real estate broker friend, President Ira Spilky of Ira Spilky & Associates, understandably waits to have a power breakfast or lunch with me at possibly the Peninsula Beverly Hills or Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, two fine Beverly Hills hotels. Ira Spilky & Associates operates in California, Nevada and Arizona with business services including new business concept development and business/marketing plan creation; management consulting, brand and menu development; and site selection and lease negotiation. All can see the Hon. Bronte knew exactly what he was doing when he hooked me up with Mr. Spilky to doubly make sure my dance nightclub chain profitably succeeds in Beverly Hills. The new developer of the Mother Lode Restaurant property in Aspen, Aspen second homeowner Doug Brown of Regent Properties in Beverly Hills, sings praises of Ira Spilky & Associates even on Spilky’s website.I am nearer the phase where if CPA Roger Marolt of Marolt LLP is still willing to massage the numbers and work “generally accepted accounting magic” on my business plan, I can prepare to have an Aspen power breakfast or lunch with Mr. Bruce “Stock Doc” Carlson about my proposed Aspen-headquartered venture.Emzy Veazy III, Esq.Burbank, Calif.
