Honor Roll

Natasha Allen, of Aspen, recently was named to the President’s List at The State University of New York at Potsdam.

Allen, whose major is business administration, was among 861 SUNY Potsdam students who were honored for academic excellence in the spring 2014 semester. Interim President Dr. Dennis L. Hefner recognized the students for earning top marks across campus.

To achieve the honor of being on the President’s List, each student must have satisfactorily completed 12 numerically-graded semester hours, with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

Sonja Ann Gagen, a graduate of Aspen High School, will attend Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York, as a member of the class of 2018. Gagen, who will be majoring in environmental engineering, will begin studying at Clarkson in the fall.

“We look forward to having Sonja join us on campus in August,” said Dean of Admissions Brian T. Grant.
