Hit and run

Dear Editor:If anyone witnessed the hit and run accident on Lower Green Cabin, just above the Sheer Bliss lift, on Monday afternoon at 3 p.m., please let us know.A snowboarder in black pants, off-white or beige jacket, light colored helmet and goggles hit a skier from behind while airborne, knocking him over and injuring him. The boarder fell after the high-speed collision, looked up the hill to the injured skier, and then got up and left, ignoring shouts from people gathered around us. The skier had broken bones, was at AVH, and requires major surgery. If anyone knows who this might be, or if this is you, please do the right thing and call us at 970-925-6295.Marilyn Foss and Tom SherwoodAspen and Denver
