Herds of fur

Dear Editor:

In the recent letter about “forget the fur,” (Jan. 3) someone says that people visiting Aspen wouldn’t really be seen wearing furs? Sure, not while they are skiing, but if you were around town on New Year’s and the nights before you would see them. They looked like herds of buffalo stumbling around drunk.

Granted the herds were full of plastic surgery, but those furs would look better on the wildlife they were killed from. It doesn’t matter if the price of fur is up or down, it is good karma to pay to see LIVING animals than having the dead ones on your back.
