Help the homeless

Dear Editor:

I would like for you to think about the homeless. If people want to make the world a better place then help the homeless. People are starving and don’t have a home. Don’t you want the world to be fair?

I visited a homeless person today. This person needed help! My Girl Scout troop puts together food baskets with Lift Up every Thanksgiving. I think it’s important for us to realize that the homeless and poor people need food every day, not just a special occasion. Many people think that Aspen is a rich and wealthy town. Well, it is but there are homeless and poor people here too. I think we should all help by giving to Lift Up year round!
