Help paint the library

Dear Editor:On Saturday, Sept. 18, and Sunday, Sept. 19, citizen volunteers will be painting the interior of the Basalt Regional Library with warmer, brighter colors. Valley Lumber is donating paint, brushes, rollers and drop cloths. The Town of Basalt is providing ladders and scaffolding. Val’s Gourmet, Bagel Bites and City Market are donating food and drink for volunteers.The Library Board is seeking volunteers to help with this community project. We need workers willing to paint and to unshelve and reshelve books.
