HED: Artists and cookies to meet at Hotel Jerome
In keeping with a long-standing Roaring Fork Valley tradition, the Aspen Historical Society will host this year’s Holiday Cookie Exchange and Book Signing from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Hotel Jerome.
More than 25 local writers, photographers and illustrators will engage in the Holiday Cookie Exchange and Book Signing. The Living Room bar at the Hotel Jerome will be open so that people can purchase drinks and food.
Scheduled attendees include Paul Andersen, Bruce Berger, Johnny Boyd, Angel Cusick, Art and Allison Daily, Charlotte Graham, Mary Eshbaugh Hayes, Amy Hawes, Jane Jenkins, Linda Lafferty, Vince Lahey, George Madsen and Cindy Madsen Buck, Jay Magidson, Barry Mink, Sandy Munro, Darrell Munsell, Brooke Newman, Meredith Ogilby, Doug Paley, Charles Paterson, Lexie Potamkin, Barbara Reese, Auden Schendler, C.W. Schutter, Dennis Vaughn, David Wood and representatives from the Thrift Shop Cook Book.
The cookie exchange portion of the evening means that everyone is invited to bring cookies and swap them out for different kinds.
