Heartfelt thanks

Dear Editor:

Kudos to Rick, Pat, their families and the crew at Two Rivers Bar and Cafe in Basalt for the splendid Thanksgiving feast they provided for anyone who cared to attend. Spirits were high as spontaneous applause erupted when Rick, the owner, and his wife, Jill, emerged from the kitchen after the meal.

Heather’s Pies next door was in full swing, as well.

These gatherings truly epitomize the feeling of community we experience here in Basalt.
