Hammer the Federal Reserve

Dear Editor:

I’m reading an interesting book called “Web of Debt” by Ellen Hodgson Brown, J.D., which I’ve requested the library to get in (ISBN 978-0-9795608-1-1). Even I can understand a subject normally ancient Greek to me.

On NPR this morning I heard that someone is putting out dolls that resemble Bernie Madoff and come with a hammer. What a vulgar idea. It would be more honest to put out a replica of the Federal Reserve with an accompanying hammer.

What has Madoff done that the Federal Reserve, which is a private bank, not a federal bank, hasn’t been doing to this country for decades? I wonder if Madoff isn’t trying to get a message out to us. He’s still at home, and not much has been said about him lately.
