H1N1 vaccination clinic set in Aspen

ASPEN – Pitkin County Community Health will offer free vaccinations against H1N1 flu on Wednesday, Nov. 11 for individuals who are considered high priorities to receive the vaccine.
The clinic will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Yellow Brick School, 215 N. Garmisch St., Aspen.
The vaccine is available in limited quantities in both the nasal mist and flu shot form. Priority groups include pregnant women; children and young adults, ages six months to 24 years; and household contacts of infants who are 6 months of age or younger.
Adults, ages 25 to 64, who have underlying health risks should call their physician’s office for a vaccination or wait until more of the vaccine is available from Pitkin County Community Health.
