Grouplove cancels Aspen show

ASPEN – Grouplove has canceled its concert appearance Saturday night in downtown Aspen, citing a family emergency, the Aspen Skiing Co. announced Friday.

Skico is pursuing alternatives and will announce plan B for the concert as soon as it can, the company said.

Grouplove, a New York indie band, was to perform a free show as part of the two-night Core Party. MarchFourth Marching Band takes the stage at the corner of Galena and Cooper on Friday night. The evening begins with DJ NakaG warming up the crowd at 8 p.m.
