Dear Editor:On Wednesday, my wife and I had car problems part way up Independence Pass. We nursed the car back to Aspen, looked in vain for a mechanic and then encountered Howard Moglewer of Howard’s Garage at the Aspen Business Center.Despite the fact that his garage was swamped with customers, he quickly diagnosed our problem, made the necessary repairs and sent us on our way.
