Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper will joins radio host Mike Waters for a one-on-one discussion on the weekly public affairs program, “Free Flow.” The discussion will be aired at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday on the FM stations Thunder 93.5 and Hot 100.5.
