Giving some thanks

Dear Editor:

Spring Board would like to thank everyone who helped make the ninth annual Give Some Get Some a great success. This important fundraiser provides the necessary funding Spring Board will use to make grants to local youth-serving organizations.

A special thank-you to the Hunter Bar in Aspen. Thank you to DJ Naka G for spinning records. A big thank-you to all the local businesses that made contributions to our silent auction. Thank you, Pearl Vodka and Plum TV, for donating to make this event possible. Thank you, Jamie Bethell, for your artistic talents. Thanks to Mark Hardin for all the help with set-up, prep and creating the delicious food. Thank you to Aspen Community Foundation for your many years of support. And of course thank you to all who came to the 2010 Give Some Get Some; thanks for your support!

Spring Board’s mission is to engage young people and empower them to invest in their community through charitable giving and volunteerism. If you are a part of an organization that is need of volunteers, interested in our grant cycle or want to learn more about Spring Board please visit:
