Gensch-Vespa wedding

David Paul Gensch, son of Wolf and Nancy Gensch of Snowmass Village, and Amy Maria Vespa, daughter of Mike and Connie Vespa of Littlestown, Pa., were married in a garden ceremony at a Missouri Heights home overlooking Mt. Sopris on Aug. 20.

David, a Snowmass Village native, and Amy, who came from Baltimore to attend college in Colorado, met while working in Ashcroft four years ago.

In addition to happy parents, relatives and friends, special family members attending the wedding were David’s grandmother and great aunt from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany; Brett and Sarah Gensch from Montana; Danny Vespa from Maryland; and Kim and Keith Weihhold, also from Maryland. David and Amy, who live in Glenwood Springs, honeymooned on the Yucatan Peninsula before returning to life and work in the valley.
