Do you need a good laugh? We mean a really good belly laugh with tears running down your cheeks? Then we have just the place for you – the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue! Their posters promise comedy, song, dance (“a variety of hilarious skits, jokes, high energy dance numbers, unique novelty songs and original ideas that are guaranteed to make you laugh your worries away”). And they deliver!
The “they” that do the delivering (performing, as well as pub style food and full bar) are all professional, familiar faces you’ve seen and enjoyed before at the, now closed, Crystal Palace. This show is different, but every bit as witty and slick. The broad, Vaudeville-type humor tickles everyone’s funny bone, no matter your background or age and it’s very affordable.
Come see Gary Daniel, Tom Erickson, Julie Maniscalchi, Jennetta H. Howell, and John Goss sing and dance their ways into your hearts and transform themselves into the craziest cast of characters that will have you rolling in the aisles. Brad Vierheller’s ragtime tinkling of the ivories sets the atmosphere before, during, and after the performance, and he even gets into the act on stage several times.
Please, Aspenites, take the time to make the trip to Glenwood Springs (901 Colorado Ave., across from the post office)! You’ll laugh your “Asspen”s off! Call 970-366-4087, or go to http://www.GlenwoodVaudevilleRevue.com to make your reservations for one of the most fun evenings of your summer!
