Frisch poised to take mayor’s seat
Dear Editor:
I would like everyone to know I am supporting Adam Frisch in his quest to become the mayor of Aspen. In my opinion, Adam has demonstrated a dedicated, respectful commitment to our community while serving as our councilman for the past two years.
His prior volunteered terms on Pitkin County’s Financial Advisory Board and the Housing Frontiers Group board should not go unnoticed as well. Adam’s City Council tenure has shown him to be fully informed and analytical before voicing his comments inside and outside of council chambers.
He continually reaches out to all segments of the community to give all positions a chance to voice their opinions and then strives to build consensus within the fractions. This willingness to be open-minded is a quality I admire in a person running for public office. Adam’s relentless pursuit of expanding his own mind, body and spirit is another great aspect and will bode well for Aspen’s reputation as a place to visit or call home. I hope you will join me in supporting Frisch for our next mayor of Aspen.
I also would like for everyone to know that I am supporting Art Daily and Dwayne Romero for City Council. I have know Art since I arrived in Aspen in 1975 and feel honored to have known him over all of these years. Dwayne’s former seat at City Council speaks for itself, so please vote for these three outstanding candidates.
