SUNDAY

Bluegrass Sundays: Bluegrass performances outside the Sundeck at the top of Aspen Mountain from noon to 3 p.m. Every Sunday through September. Event is free but a gondola pass is needed.

Aspen Music Festival and School: Concert at the Benedict Music Tent and Harris Concert Hall beginning at 4 p.m. every Sunday through Aug. 21.

MONDAY

Ryno’s Pub & Pizzeria: Late-night karaoke until 2 a.m.

The Stone Foxes with Hurricane Carter: The San Francisco based blues-rock ’n’ roll group The Stone Foxes will play a free show at Belly Up Aspen on Monday night. Doors open at 8:30 p.m., show starts at 9 p.m. The concert is free and open to anyone ages 18 and older with a valid photo ID. TUESDAY

Anderson Ranch, “Featured Artists and Conversations:” Anderson Ranch welcomes contemporary artist Thomas Houseago in this Tuesday edition of the art center’s summer conversation series. The talk will begin at 12:30 p.m. in Schermer Meeting Hall on the Anderson Ranch campus. The event is free but an RSVP is required as space is limited.

Tuesday Cruiseday: Informal community event whereby 100-plus bikers cruise through town on Tuesday evenings. The ride begins at Aspen Brewing Co. on Hopkins Avenue starting at 6:30 p.m. and ends at the brewery. Event is free but a bike is mandatory.

WEDNESDAY

Aspen Art Museum spotlight tours: Drop-in spotlight tours led by museum staff every Wednesday and Saturday at 1 p.m. Admission to the Aspen Art Museum is free. The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is closed Mondays.

THURSDAY

Artist Talk – Carol Bove: Swiss born artist Carol Bove will speak at the Aspen Art Museum as part of its free artist talk series at 6 p.m. on Thursday.

Leftover Cuties: As part of the Snowmass Summer of Free Music Series, Snowmass Village and Jazz Aspen Snowmass partner to host free concerts on Snowmass Mountain all summer long. This Thursday is the Los Angeles-born quartet Leftover Cuties. The free performance is scheduled from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Fanny Hill.

SATURDAY

Aspen Saturday Market: The 18-year-old market features nearly 100 local vendors from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday through early October.

The market makes a U-shape from the corner of Galena Street and Hopkins Avenue to Hunter Street and back to the intersection of Hyman Avenue and Galena Street. All products sold at the Aspen Saturday Market are made, grown or produced in Colorado.

Deaf Camp Benefit: As part of the Snowmass Summer of Free Music Series, the Deaf Camp Benefit presents a full day of free concerts. Gates open at Base Village at noon.

1 p.m.: Mack Bailey, Bobby Mason and Rich Ganson

4 p.m.: Jes Grew

6 p.m.: Special performance by members of the Aspen Camp of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

7 p.m.: Pimps of Joytime

The event is free though donations to the Deaf Camp are encouraged.
