For Steve’s sake

Dear Editor:

One radio station’s “progress in a different direction” is every other American radio station’s same asleep-at-the-wheel answer to playing it safe in a world of preprogrammed crap shoved down the listener’s throat by record company executives without any sense of what an audience longs to hear.

Without Steve Skinner’s voice waking me up in the morning, my days will start off in a gray fog of lackluster indifference. So for Steve’s sake, and all those who faithfully tuned in and became loyal friends, knights and ladies of the Kingdom of Nigel, I will kick life up more than a notch now and keep driving it like it’s stolen!
