Follow proper protocol

I brought up the issue of flying the U.S. flag after dark at the Highlands complex with various entities. I had mentioned this to the entities over a month ago, and yet they still fly the U.S. flag at night without a light shining on the flag.

I also sent the entities the protocol for flying a U.S. flag at night. I have no problem with individuals flying the flag and not following proper protocol. What I do have a problem with is a business flying the U.S. flag with the guise of patriotism, but not following the proper protocol.

Is there any way you can use your influence to have them at least take the flag down at dusk and raise the flag at dawn if they care not to follow the night protocol?
