A big tip of the cup to this year’s amazing Soupskol, and Chef Randy for his ballsy entry of Rocky Mountain Oyster Chowder. I reached the front of the line and suddenly realized what I was about to slurp, and embarrassingly lacked the sack to try it …

Thanks to the great folks at the Aspen Chamber Resort Association for all their efforts of putting on this souper event that gets bigger and better every year! Thanks also to all of the restaurants and chefs who served up the soup. Truly one of Wintersköls best events!

By the way ” how was that chowder?
