ASPEN – The Aspen Young Professionals Association and the Aspen Institute will offer a walking tour today highlighting Herbert Bayer and the Bauhaus design of Aspen Meadows and the Aspen Institute.

During this walking tour of Aspen Meadows and the Aspen Institute campus, attendees will learn about architect Herbert Bayer and how he took the vision of the Aspen Institute’s founder, Walter Paepcke, and integrated it into the design of a “40-acre work of art” that is as functional and relevant today as it was 60 years ago.

The event is free for members and $15 for nonmembers. There will be a reception with complimentary appetizers and cash bar from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
