ExEd experience boosted by donations

Dear Editor:

On Oct. 7, Basalt High School took over 400 students on an Ex-Ed experience. During this time we explored the Roaring Fork Valley from Maroon Bells in the White River National Forest to the rapids of the Colorado River. The Basalt Education Foundation generously donated the funds to transport the students throughout the valley. Numerous businesses and individuals gave their time, talents and support to make this incredible day a success.

We are grateful to all who made this day possible.
