Evils of exercise

I would like to thank various parents and religious leaders for shining the light.

I had no idea about the evils of breathing and stretching. As of this moment we have banned the practice in our home ? especially for our children.

Breathing and stretching for stress reduction may not seem so bad at first, but it doesn’t stop there. Before you know it, we’ll be looking into the moral cesspool of overall health and (gasp!) rampant integration of mind, body and spirit.

Not in OUR schools, thank you very much!
