Elenor ‘Elle’ Kraushaar

Elenor “Elle” Kraushaar was born June 21, 1926, in Standish, Mich. to William and Clara Kraushaar. Elle lived in Aspen for more than 40 years, loving the beautiful mountains and blue sunny skies.

She worked in the service industry, appreciating her good clients, as they appreciated her. Her work ethic was strong, with high standards, which made her a great asset wherever she worked.

Elle became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1971, which she considered her greatest privilege. She was known by many friends, neighbors for her friendly hospitality and acts of kindness and generosity.

Elle passed away Thursday, March 17, 2011, in Pacific Grove, Calif., where she had lived near her brother for the last few years.
