Editor’s note: This story will be updated as we receive results and more information regarding the election.
As of 9 p.m., the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder reported 4,126 ballots cast out of 13,802 active voters, with voter turnout at 29.89%. Overseas ballots and ballots that need to be cured have until Nov. 15 to be returned to the clerk’s office.

Aspen School District board results remain unclear, more ballots to be counted next week
Results in the Aspen School District’s board of education race will likely not be clear until Nov. 15, Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder Ingrid Grueter said Wednesday.
