Duroux should be honored

Dear Editor:I have known Leroy Duroux for many years. I have stood next to him at numerous sporting events and have never heard an angry word from him. He should be on the front page of The Aspen Times, honoring him for the countless hours he has spent volunteering in our community. He is a true piller of our community, someone should take the time to write an article about all he has contributed and achieved. I would be proud to have him as a role model for my children. He is an extraordinary man and does not deserve this one sided treatment.P.S. As for the refs not wanting to come to Basalt, simply ridiculous. Do not punish the children who have played this game with little reward other than the joy of playing the game.Diane StevensBasalt
