Don’t do it

Dear Editor:

Dan Sheridan, don’t take the job back! The Aspen Skiing Co. is a for-profit corporation with a legal responsibility to make as much money as they can. Shareholders can sue a corporation if they willfully chose to make less profit than they could. We shouldn’t be so blown away when they act accordingly. Dan is an artist whose job is to express himself on stage, and hopefully inspire and make us think with songs like “Big Money.”

If the Skico censors him and he takes the job back, he is shirking his responsibility in order to make a buck, and disillusioning anyone who was truly inspired by his music.
