Dinner out? How ’bout L.A.?
Dear Editor:Chuck Horning, who bought the Telluride ski resort, is on the right track to boost up Telluride’s cuisine reputation (“New owner walks divide at Telluride,” Rocky Mountain News, March 5).However, he can do the Aspen Skiing Company’s Aspen and Snowmass Village ski resort combine one better by getting Telluride’s eateries up to Los Angeles County health-safety standards and instituting Los Angeles County’s health/cleanliness letter codes and failing-restaurant shutdowns.Aspen and Snowmass Village are a germ’s delight from workers to chefs to the kitchen sink.At least people in Los Angeles County know how and which eateries are graded and the grades are on the front door or window for all to see to stay safe and healthy.Emzy Veazy III
