Dennis Fleck

Dennis Fleck beloved friend of Barbara and Aaron Fleck passed away on the first day of spring, March 20, 2019 at age 15. Dennis was a handsome dog who loved running, climbing and eating snow. A lover of treats, tennis balls and other toys, he made new friends easily both human and canine.

Dennis was well known by the staff and patients at Aspen Valley Hospital, residents of Whitcomb Terrace and Heritage Park Assisted Living Center, Carbondale as one of the first therapy dogs. His picture can be viewed in the halls of AVH.

Dennis will be missed by all of his family and friends most especially his cousin Tasha and good friend Maya. Barbara and Aaron adopted Dennis from the Aspen Animal Shelter. He was rescued with a broken leg and deformed hip at age 6 months. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Aspen Animal Shelter.
