Dealer fixes problem

Dear Editor:

I write to compliment Berthod Motors in Glenwood Springs and particularly Donnie Gerbaz, manager, and Bob Snow, the mechanic who has always worked on my Jeeps.

Recently, Donnie took up the challenge of my “Mission Impossible,” to solve a mystery created by a Jeep dealer in Santa Monica, Calif. He undertook the investigation with Bob’s assistance and produced a happy ending for me in the form of warranty coverage and no charge.

We’re very fortunate to have the Gerbaz family in this valley, to have Donnie captain the Berthod ship and Bob to make everything right whenever I need help.
