Daniel Levitin to speak at Aspen Institute on Wednesday

Award-winning scientist Daniel Levitin, author of bestsellers “This Is Your Brain on Music,” “The World in Six Songs” and “The Organized Mind,” will speak from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Paepcke Auditorium on the Aspen Meadows campus.

Levitin’s appearance is part of the Murdock Mind, Body, Spirit Series put on in conjunction with The Aspen Institute.

Levitin will discuss how we have the ability to use neuroscience to navigate the age of information overload. He is the James McGill Professor Emeritus of Psychology, Music, and Computer Science at McGill University and the founding dean of Arts and Humanities at the Minerva Schools at KGI.
