Cut the crap

Dear Editor:

I appreciate your “doo” diligence for cleaning up after your dog! (“Pick up your horse’s poop,” Letters, April 2, The Aspen Times.)

Hats off to you! I wish more people would follow your lead, namely the Arbaney-Kittle trail!

Biking, walking and Rollerblading all belong on designated bike paths. As a horse owner, rider and “poo patroller,” I realize that horses have the right of way over everyone except the mail truck. Horses only deposit organic material. So please step around, bring your own bucket, or make yourself some fresh horse-pucky pie!
