The Aspen Police Department made the following arrests from Dec. 30 through Wednesday. The arrests do not indicate an indictment or disposition in any of the incidents.

Dec. 30 — Aspen Police officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at Rubey Park. Paul Petersen, 50, of the Aspen area, was found to be in possession of numerous ski-related items. Petersen was arrested the next day and issued a court summons for theft.

Tuesday — While doing a walk-through at the Belly Up nightclub, officers responded to an accusation that someone had urinated on the dance floor. Carbondale resident Alexander Fisher, 18, was arrested and taken to Pitkin County Jail, where he was charged with underage possession of alcohol and public indecency.



Wednesday — Officers responded to a request for an ID check at Eric’s Bar. Texas residents Elizabeth Massari, 19, Louisa McCarty, 20, and Marissa Smith, 19, were  issued court summons for using fake identification.
