Cop Blotter: Drinking problems

ASPEN ” Police stopped a Toyota Highlander they said sped across Castle Creek bridge and onto Hallam Street.

Police said the driver, later identified as Kelsie Lynn Defrancia, 19, failed a roadside sobriety test, and they transported her to Pitkin County jail and charged her with underage drinking, drunk driving and speeding.

ASPEN ” Police responded to a call of an intoxicated man, later identified as Arthur Joseph Myatt, 44, stumbling on East Hopkins Avenue.

He was sent on his way, but Myatt later was witnessed urinating behind a Dumpster and, though he denied it, was issued a summons.
