Congratulations and good luck
Dear Editor:
Congratulations on becoming the 44th president of the United States of America. I was supporting you the whole way. All though I am only 12, I care about this country more than some adults. I cannot even congratulate you enough for breaking the wall and becoming the first African-American president. You must be honored. America should consider you one of the Founding Fathers.
Maybe with this huge breakthrough there will be less racism in the U.S.A. I am sure this has affected you in a great way. I think it is great that you fought the racism all your life and now you are the president. You deserve a huge reward. Hopefully your reward can be to stop racism as a huge issue in our country.
I think you are very smart. I hope you can lead this country to new heights. We need it. There are lots of American families struggling with the downturn of our economy.
They are relying on you as their last hope to help them. I also hope that your plan to stop the Iraq war will work. This would really help our country.
I think you are very brave to take over this country in such a time of need. Most people would not take this responsibility. I believe that you can get us out of this jam and get our country on the right track.
P.S.: I wish you and the rest of your family the best of luck in the White House. God bless America.
