Comedy of confusion

Dear Editor:

When I get done reading Andy Stone’s column each week, I can’t help but be reminded of the passage in “Macbeth” when the great Scottish avenger, MacDuff, proclaims, “Confusion now hath made his masterpiece.”

Then again, I’m sure Stone must think Shakespeare a greedy, selfish writer who was never content with one or two mediocre plays and continued writing, unfairly, until he hogged most of great literature for himself and ruined everything for almost every writer who came before him or since.
