DENVER ” Colorado health officials are awaiting test results for what they call five suspected cases of swine flu. No cases have been confirmed yet in Colorado.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment says it expects the results Thursday from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Officials are not disclosing where the suspected cases are in Colorado.

Officials say swine flu may be responsible for 150 deaths in Mexico. The number of U.S. cases is nearing 100 in at least 10 states.

Health officials said Wednesday a 2-year-old boy who died in Houston was the first swine flu death in the U.S.
