Close call

Dear Editor:

Just had a phone call from my son in Illinois and he had just gotten off the phone talking to my cousin in Oslo, Norway, who is a pilot for SAS and was attending a family wedding in Oslo.

He was killing some time prior to the wedding so he took a train ride around Oslo with his two sons buying tickets at a kiosk. They got on the train and started their trip and were less than 15 minutes on their way when the bomb exploded by the government building! The kiosk was close to the explosion and when they returned to their starting place the kiosk and square was full of debris and glass shards and injured people!

I wouldn’t be surprised if he thanked God at that point!
