Clean air and blue skies
Dear Editor:
Those of us who are dealing with the public are always hearing about how nice the air is here. Or we are told the night sky is so bright. And we hear that the blue of the sky is so blue. All this is a result of the work of three ladies who gave us the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness.
Now we have the opportunity to save more acres of this pristine land. And as stewards of the land we must not hesitate. We must support the Hidden Gems Wilderness proposal to continue to breathe the air, see the sky and appreciate bluebird days.
