Chart House hasn’t changed

In Aspen, as in most small towns, it takes very little input to start a rumor and have it gain a life of its own. I have been working at the Chart House for two weeks, and during that time more people have asked how the “new operation” is doing than any other question.

The Chart House is still the same as it has been since Joey and Buzzy opened the Chart House in 1961. We are open nightly, serving the same steaks and seafood, which includes salad bar, that we have served for the last four decades. If the Chart House does decide to make any changes we will let you know.
