Caption contest: And the winner is …

We asked readers to offer a caption for this photograph. There were plenty of suggestions.

Our thanks to Ruth Harrison, otherwise known as “Coach Ruth,” for her winning entry. All of the suggested cutlines were sent out to staffers here at The Aspen Times for a vote.

The second most popular entry was submitted by Jennifer Long. Her suggestion was “A new meaning to ‘Packin’ a Bowl.'”

Thanks to everyone who put some time and thought into our contest. We received suggestions from more than 40 people.

But most of all, thanks to the guy in the picture, Buckley Bailey-Gates. The idea of marrying him to the the toilet and taking a shot of him in the middle of the street was his idea. Allyn Harvey, managing editor
