Can’t we all work together?
For crying out loud; the article on street signs in the July 17 paper is an embarrassment.
Aspen, lighten up. Business people are starving. You’re losing sales-tax revenue and now that people have come up with a creative way to attract business and better serve our visitors, you are shutting them down.
I suggest a moratorium on signs that are out of compliance or a change to the ordinance that works for tax-paying businesses and visitors. It’s time we work together.
Do it now!
