Candidate flip-flops

Dear Editor:

It seems that Slippery Mitt was a bit confused or made a misstep when he charged Barack Obama with trying to loosen government requirements regarding inducing unemployed people to find jobs.

It was not Obama but Romney who had pushed to reduce those requirements. But we’ve become used now to recognizing that the former governor of Massachusetts stood for a far different kind of nation than the volatile, changeable candidate we see now.
