BASALT – The following were calls to the Basalt Fire Department from May 6 through Sunday.

May 6 at 9:27 a.m.: Medical alarm in Elk Run, false alarm.

May 7 at 4:42 p.m.: Fire alarm at Gold Rivers Court, false alarm.



May 8 at 8:04 p.m.: Medical call in Willits, transported to hospital.

May 9 at 5:04 a.m.: Medical call in El Jebel, transported to hospital.



May 9 at 7:57 p.m.: Medical call in Basalt South, transported to hospital.

May 9 at 9:20 p.m.: Medical call in Little Elk Creek, transported to hospital.

May 9 at 12:16 p.m.: Medical call for a fall at Basalt Middle School, transported to hospital.

May 10 at 12:02 p.m.: Fire alarm at Basalt Middle School, false alarm.

May 10 at 7:54 p.m.: Medical call on Highway 82 at Basalt Avenue, no transport.

Friday at 6:08 p.m.: Medical call on Lower River Road, transported to hospital.

Friday at 7:57 p.m.: Medical call in Little Elk Creek, transported to hospital.

Saturday at 1:25 a.m.: Carbon monoxide alarm on Lewis Lane, cleared home with monitor, no gas found.

Saturday at 3:15 a.m.: Medical call for a fall in El Jebel, no transport.

Saturday at 3:04 p.m.: Medical call in Willits, transported to hospital.

Saturday at 7:23 p.m.: Unattended campfire near the river at mile 24.5 of Highway 82, extinguished.

Sunday at 8:46 a.m.: Electrical fire on a power line and in grasses on Jim Grange Lane, extinguished after power shut off by Holy Cross Energy.

Sunday at 6:22 p.m.: Vehicle rollover crash, mile 6.5 of Fryingpan Road, transported to hospital.
