Calling vets of Korean War

Dear Editor:

I have been informed that the Korean government, in appreciation to all veterans who fought and sacrificed in securing freedom and democracy for the Republic of Korea, will provide to those veterans and their families free hotel accommodations, all meals, hotel transfers and bus tours of Seoul, Incheon and the DMZ.

On top of that the Korean government will pay 50 percent of the veterans and 30 percent of their family members’ airfare to Korea. Remember, this is all in addition to all the expenses for lodging, food, entertainment, medal presentations and tours while in Korea.

There are two one-week tours in May, one in June, two in September, one in October and one in November.

If anyone would like more information about this tour, please contact me at: Bob Johnson, 422 Truscott Place, Aspen, CO 81611, (970)429-0260, or bobjohnson46@comcast.net
