Calling all donkeys
Dear Editor:
Show your spirit and celebrate this Monday with the Pitkin County Democrats in Aspen’s Old Fashioned Fourth of July Parade. All local and visiting Democrats are invited to join in the fun. Whether you want to walk with us or help decorate the float, your participation is welcomed and appreciated.
The parade begins at noon. Come find us at 10:30 a.m. to help with the finishing touches on the float. If you are interested in marching, arrive at 11:30 a.m. Look for the Pitkin County Democrats float near Garmisch and Main.
We look forward to your participation. Happy Fourth of July!
Blanca O’Leary, chair, Pitkin Co. Democrats
Mike Simmons, first vice chair, Pitkin Co. Democrats
Terry Rigney, second vice chair, Pitkin Co. Democrats
