ASPEN – Local attorney Garret Brandt has joined The Fleisher Co. as director of business development and broker associate. Brandt, who has represented clients throughout the Roaring Fork Valley for 12 years, was raised in Aspen and attended college in Texas, where he earned degrees in accounting and law. Founded in 1975, The Fleisher Co. has offices in Aspen, Carbondale, Basalt and Rifle.

ASPEN – Tim Harris has joined Wendy Lucas Aspen. Harris, who has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for more than 25 years, most recently was affiliated with Rothberg & Steiner Real Estate. “I am particularly excited to have Tim Harris join our office,” said Broker Manager Wendy Lucas. “I had personally worked with Tim on a few deals and had numerous business dealings with him throughout the years. His level of commitment is unparalleled, his professionalism is beyond reproach, and he and I will be working together to create a unique portfolio of properties and clients for Tim to manage.”
