ASPEN – For the second year, Aspen Meadows Resort has been named to the Expedia Insiders’ Select list.The Expedia Insiders’ Select list formally recognizes individual hotels worldwide for their service and experience.More than 110,000 hotels worldwide were reviewed for the 2010 Insiders’ Select list and given a score based on traveler opinions, value and Expedia hotel expert input. This year, Aspen Meadows Resort received a score of 98.5. In addition to honoring Aspen Meadows Resort with inclusion in this group of hotels, Expedia rates the resort as a four-star hotel property.

ASPEN – Forbes magazine recently named Aspen as one of the prettiest towns in America. Forbes notes that “the Western-style downtown etched into the narrow and breath-stealing Roaring Fork Valley; the aspen-laden mountains rising above it; the atmosphere – no wonder why the real estate there is so insanely expensive.”

GLENWOOD SPRINGS – Do-It-Yourself Market Research, a workshop presented by the Roaring Fork Business Resource Center, will be held from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Roaring Fork Business Center, 817 Colorado Ave., Glenwood Springs. A second workshop is scheduled from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at Colorado Mountain College, 0255 Sage Way, Aspen. The seminar will address market research for both start-up and existing businesses.
