Bus driver did all he could to avoid crash
I was on the RFTA bus Sunday, Feb. 5, when it hit a car on its way into Aspen. I want to commend our bus driver, Paul, who did his best to avoid an unavoidable accident. It was a terrible thing to happen, and he was very upset by it, but it was in no way his fault.
Paul and all the other intrepid bus drivers should know we riders appreciate them very much, especially on those nasty days when the highway is icy. We all hope for a quick recovery for the people in the car. It could have been so much worse.
